How to grow a dinosaur – Amardeep has this book and has shared inside pages in our fb group here. In her words:

Neil has a very active imagination, and is forever creating imaginary lands with his lego. The most common theme he recreates with lego is dino-land, where a mighty T-Rex suddenly appears out of “nowhere” (this is important) and a tough battle ensues between the brave dino warrior and the T-Rex! This book may have contributed a little bit to this fantasy!

Books by Carlyl Hart and Ed Eaves are much loved at our home – especially this one along with How to catch a dragon. There are three things that make their books excellent – The big bright pictures (I cannot explain exactly how eye catchingly bright the pictures are. The illustrations in this book are so good, the reader feels that they are real), the imaginative stories that are so far from reality yet written such that they feel that they could be true, and finally, the careful choice of words that makes each story an adventure.

This particular book is about a child who plants some seeds and wakes the next day to find that there is a full jungle complete with dinosaurs in his front yard! What will he do now? How will he save himself from the hungry T-Rex and dangerous Pterodactyl?

This is one the funniest book we have read. It is every dino lovers fantasy.. This book brings the wackiest “what if” alive with excellent illustrations!! This book describes what happens when an actual, gigantic dinosaur is given at every shop as a “gift with purchase” including the doctor’s office instead of stickers 😂It also describes how moms have to improvise to accommodate the logistics of this gigantic beings!
