The Paper Plane Flew is the journey of a paper plane through different terrains of India. It is also an opportunity for you to relive your childhood with your child! With the fast life of today, it is difficult for most of us to stop and give the experience of our childhood to our children. This book will make one do that! Relive the moments of our childhood and let our children experience the same joy.

The story begins with a little girl making a paper plane with her father and flying it. The paper plane travels far and wide spreading joy and happiness wherever it goes. A boy looking out of the window from his class, a teacher, a girl on a fishing boat with her Dad on the Arabian Sea, a truck… and then, it gets eaten by an elephant calf!! Believe it or not, it ends up in elephant poop! For all the poop stories loving children, did you know that elephant poop is used in making paper?

But the journey of the paper plane does not end here, there are many more places to go…

As I always do, I read this book before reading it with Ishani. And the story just stayed with me. It still fills my cup and makes me want to let my children experience all the little joys of childhood. As for Ishani, she is busy making paper planes and flying them. She is even gifting paper planes to her friends now, which I think is a really sweet learning from the book.
