This beautifully illustrated book not only introduces Krishna as every child’s friend but also conveys a very strong lesson.

It is set against the little known backdrop of the 1966 Bombing of Aizwal during the bloody two decade long civil war. This is an attempt to bring public attention to this little known part of Indian History that was perhaps deliberately ignored and sidelined for many years.
This book talks about the innocence in the mutual admiration and the beginning of a relationship between a baby and a bird. It’s so heartfelt to see how this bond is acknowledged and more so admired in a respectful way by the parents.
