We got so excited and thought to go ahead and check out the “pup”. We reached the spot to pick him up and he was not a “pup”, he was a fully grown 3-year-old Labrador!

This is Prisha Ambi’s diary extract for the #kbcPetUntrouble Contest. At first, we thought, my parents made up a story to cancel our sleepover, but when we made a video call, we saw a real kitten at my home. I then and there itself insisted to go upstairs to my home.
Just a year later, I met this guy on Jeevansathi whom I matched with perfectly except for one point, he loved dogs and had one. I had actually removed this thought from my mind, but as destined, we soon got involved with each other.

The Bad Seed (by Jory john, illustrated by Pete Oswald) is one seed that stands out among the others for doing all nasty things! Never keeping the things in place, late almost every time, cutting lines and telling lies for petty things. While everyone hates him, they don’t know the story behind his being bad.
We curated a post of books which would encourage kids to be a good sport, to explain that participating and trying your best is good enough and that winning is not always important, how not to be a sore loser, how to not feel bad and have the confidence as well as courage to try something again!
