This is Sharav’s entry to the exciting #kbcBookBingoJr contest. We share with you all our most loved books of each category. The majority of the books are good for ages 4 onwards. Hope you enjoy reading about them as much as we do.
I have always loved reading. In fact, my bedtime reading routine is a must or I just can’t sleep. Books have always held a special place, but in the past year since we are stuck at home due to the pandemic, books have been more than just books. They are friends, play buddies (I use them like blocks to stack and make roads to drive our trucks on). They are also our food and bath buddies (yes, Mumma has to read while I play in the bathtub pretending to get clean). Sometimes I even sleep on them. So it’s difficult to choose a few from so many I love. So I made my Mumma list a few.
Darwin was introduced to books very early. He now likes to read more books. Here are some of his favorites which we read and re-read.
Of the many books being read to Baby S, who is nearing 1 soon, many of them being board books, he often enjoys picture books (could be because of the illustrations or that he’s curious to know what I’m reading to him). To introduce him to various topics, a book from each category as mentioned below, were being read to him. With passing time, I’m sure he would appreciate and love them even more.
These are Advit’s 30 absolute favourite and most cherished reads as our entry for #kbcbookbingojr. He is 3 years old. Most of these books would be apt for 3-6 year olds.
