Out of these numerous stories, my favourite is ‘Anath Babu’s Terror.’ It’s about a man who visits a small town, only to discover a haunted house and speak with ghosts! The author decides to go on a long vacation to a quiet town. He met a queer man named Anath Babu on the train ride. He arrived at his stay, and went to a local supermarket. As he was exiting, he met Anath Babu again! He got to know Anath Babu was fascinated about the supernatural and studied about ghosts, spirits and what not. There was a “haunted house” in the vicinity, and the daring Anath Babu had the guts to spend a night there. Unluckily for Anath, it was a full moon night – the ideal time for supernatural beings to emerge from the shadows and cause mischief and mayhem. Get this book to see the adventurous Anath Babu’s fate.
